  • Account data: If you create an admin or staff account, we store your name, username, and a securely hashed password. We use this to authenticate you and manage access to the dashboard.
  • Technical data: Our servers may log standard data such as IP address, browser type, and access times for security and operational purposes. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

We use a minimal set of cookies necessary for the service to function:

  • Essential (session) cookie: When you log in, we use a session cookie to keep you signed in. This is required for admin and staff access. No consent is required for such strictly necessary cookies.
